Drive Manager for Docs & Sheets ("the Add-on") is a Google Workspace extension that allows users to access and browse their Google Drive files directly from within Google Docs and Sheets. By using this Add-on, you agree to the following terms:
This Add-on does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or file contents to any external server. All interactions occur locally within the Google Workspace environment using Google Apps Script APIs.
The Add-on uses OAuth permissions to access your Google Drive metadata and open files in a new tab at your request. These permissions are required solely for functionality and are not used for data harvesting or profiling.
You agree not to misuse the Add-on, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the underlying code or systems. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Add-on without written permission.
The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Add-on.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time. The developer may restrict or revoke access at their discretion without prior notice, especially in case of abuse.
The Terms may be updated in the future. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of any changes.
