Welcome to Drive Manager. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drive Manager Google Workspace add-on (“Service”) for Google Docs and Sheets. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Drive Manager is a productivity add-on that allows you to browse, search, and manage your Google Drive files and folders directly within the sidebar of Google Docs and Sheets. The Service provides functionality such as file listing, navigation, renaming, deletion, and uploading.
The Service uses Google OAuth scopes to access file metadata and perform file management actions in your Google Drive. It does not access file contents. All operations occur within the user's own Google account using Google Apps Script infrastructure.
The Service does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or file contents to external servers. All actions are initiated manually by the user. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not use the Service to interfere with the security or functionality of Google services, or to violate the privacy of others.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all Google Workspace features. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Drive Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
