This Privacy Policy describes how the Grafium mobile application ("Grafium", "the App") for iOS handles user data and server information.

1. Overview

Grafium is an independent mobile client that allows you to connect to and view your own Grafana dashboards. The App does not collect, store, or sell any personal information.

2. Data the App Accesses

Grafium only accesses the information that you explicitly provide inside the App:

• Grafana server URL
• Optional: local display name for the server

This information is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to our servers because Grafium does not have a backend server.

3. Data Collection & Storage

Grafium does not:

• collect or store user personal data
• save Grafana credentials or API keys on external servers
• upload analytics or telemetry
• log requests or server addresses remotely

All dashboard requests are sent directly between your device and your Grafana instance.

4. Subscription & Payments

Grafium Pro is offered as a paid auto-renewable subscription. All payments and billing are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. Grafium does not store payment information.

Users may manage subscriptions or cancel anytime in their Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Data Sharing

Grafium does not share any user information, Grafana server URLs, or dashboard data with third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

Grafium is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
