Welcome to Grafium (“Grafium”, “App”, “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grafium mobile application for iOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Grafium is a client application that allows users to connect to their own Grafana servers and view dashboards, panels, and alert information. The App does not provide its own backend or data hosting; all data originates from servers configured by the user.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate server information, including URLs or credentials, and for ensuring you have authorization to access any Grafana instance that you connect to through the App. You must not use Grafium to access or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
Grafium Pro is offered as an optional paid auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Settings on your device:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
We do not store or process billing information; all payments are handled directly by Apple.
Grafium does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All server information entered into the App is stored locally on your device. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful manner or to interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of any Grafana system. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and with any terms or licenses associated with Grafana or third-party systems.
Grafium is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance, compatibility with all Grafana versions or plugins, or error-free operation. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Grafium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, server access, work disruption, or unauthorized system access caused by user-provided URLs or credentials.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of changes.
