These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grafium application for iPhone (“Grafium”, “the App”). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Grafium is an independent, read-only client for Grafana servers. It displays dashboards, panels and alert rules from servers you configure. It has no backend of its own and hosts no data: everything you see comes from a server you chose to connect to.
Grafium is not produced, endorsed or supported by Grafana Labs, and is not a substitute for Grafana itself. Compatibility with any particular Grafana version, data source or panel plugin is not guaranteed.
Grafium is free. It contains no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising, and it never asks for payment details. Should that ever change, it would apply only to a future version and these Terms would be updated before it did.
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your licence is the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, as supplemented by these Terms. Where the two conflict, these Terms govern the subject they address. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and covers use on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
You are responsible for the servers you connect the App to and for the credentials you enter. In particular you confirm that you are authorised to access every Grafana instance you configure. Do not use Grafium to reach a system you have no right to reach.
You are responsible for keeping your device and its passcode secure. Credentials stored by the App are protected by the iOS Keychain, but anyone who can unlock your device can use the App as you.
Do not use the App unlawfully, or to interfere with the availability, integrity or security of any system. You remain bound by whatever terms, licences and internal policies apply to the Grafana instances and data sources you connect to.
Dashboards can reference external resources — images, links, news feeds — and the App will fetch or open them at your dashboards’ direction. The optional demo connects to play.grafana.org, a public service operated by Grafana Labs and subject to change or withdrawal at any time. None of this content is provided or reviewed by the developer, and no responsibility is accepted for it.
Grafium collects no data. What it stores on your device, and the few requests it makes, are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It is not offered as a monitoring or alerting system of record: do not rely on it as the only way you would learn that something is wrong. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including an alert you did not see, a value displayed incorrectly, or access gained through credentials you entered. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it, and in the event of any failure to conform to a warranty your only remedy from Apple is a refund of the purchase price — which, the App being free, is nil. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability, legal-compliance and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Support requests should go to the address below.
Grafana® is a trademark of Raintank, Inc. dba Grafana Labs. Grafium is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Grafana Labs. The name is used only to describe what the App is compatible with.
These Terms may be updated as the App changes; revisions are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance. Your licence ends if you stop complying with these Terms; you may end it at any time by deleting the App.
